1.  How do I place an order?

Please place the product(s) you want to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button, usually to the right of the product image. Then, whenever you are done shopping, click "Pay now" and follow the easy instructions to complete your order. 

2.  Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes. You need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process to create an account.  You can register using your Social Media account or create a new account with us. 

While registering also check mark the box - "I am not the robot". Your browser needs to support that. If you have any difficulty in registering, please make sure that you are using IE 11 and latest versions of Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

3.  I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

Just click on forgot password link on login page. You will have to provide your registered email address and we will send you password reset link on your email with all the instructions.

4.  How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking details once it has been shipped. Alternateively, you can login to your Isha Luxe customer panel and check the status of your order.

5.  What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and & e-check payments.

6.  Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, it is safe to use credit card online as all online orders are processed with standard SSL Security Encryption. We do not store your credit card information on our website.

7.  How long will my order take?

Every product is unique, so it has a different timeline, which is mentioned on product page.

8.  Can I add items to existing order?

Please place a new order for any additional requirements.

9.  How do I return an item I purchased?

You can send us a return request from customer panel. Once we get your return request, we will process it and intimate you.

10.  Are the colours of products shown on website accurate?

The colors of products appearing on website are as close to the actual as possible but different screens and resolutions might show some variations.

11.  Do I need to sign my order at time of delivery?

Yes, order needs to be signed at the time of delivery.

12.  What size should I choose?

If you are not sure of your sizes, please check our size guides here.

13.  Does Isha Luxe ship to multiple addresses?

No. An order can be despatched to only one shipping address. Please place different orders for each shipping address.

14.  How much duties & taxes I need to pay?

It will depend on your local tax laws.
